Soma Mukherjee aka Banerjee was born in the beautiful industrial town called Jamshedpur. It
is a beautiful, cosmopolitan etc town and managed by Tatas. Life was beautiful cycling down
the streets, playing with friends and celebrating Durga puja in her town. She excelled in her
studies and in extracurricular activities. She won a scholarship in her Matriculation from
Tatas. She wanted to be a doctor, but her parents were not in favour of studying for another
five years.
She did her MBA from N.I.P.M, Kolkata after graduation but got married. She was a bit
plump but very good looking. She bagged a modelling assignment in college, but her parents
were against it, so she did not pursue it; but the thought always lingered. She moved to
Bangalore after her marriage. She has 13 years of work experience but the past ten years she
has been into Training both Campus and corporate.

Karnataka Inner Beauty, Super Mom 2018, etc. Last year, beating younger contestants, she
won Miss Photogenic. She won best the Corporate trainer Karnataka Achiever award, Best
corporate trainer Award, ABCD International, Best story writer award from Beyond the Box
2021, and also from various other portals. She often wins a lot of contests on social media
every day and is a brand ambassador of many sustainable health and beauty products.
She intends to travel, write books on self-help, open NGOs and help others achieve a better
life. She has also won Beyond the box brand ambassador title plus 2 other trophies for best writer and story teller for 2023. She also won few intetnational poetry contests and it appeared in anthologies. Few other achiever nomination she won. And she currently has 50 plus certifications in training and various other talents .

Women should not ever give up their goals. And in today's world they getting lot of privileges which was not available in our times.Being equal is good but one must not lose womanly virtues and qualities.
All are empowered the minute they think they are.
I have not started a business as I always thought training is giving back to society.
